Tutorial on joining parts with HJ Split

 

Step 01 – Download
HJ Split is free and easy to use. Go here to download it. Install it and what not.

Step 02 – Run
Before you start anything, make sure you have all the parts downloaded and put into a single folder. Once you do, then Run HJSplit. You should get something like this:

Then click on “JOIN”

Step 03 – Open
You should get this:

Step 04 – Input/Output
Click on “Input File” and Locate the folder you created earlier with all the files in it. Open it and there should be one file (the .001 file) and OPEN it (or double-click). This program finds the other parts and joins them together as long as they are in the same folder.

You can leave the “Output” box alone or you can designate a different place for the video. Then click on “START” and just wait.

Step 05 – Finish
It should say “Working” with a bar showing you its progress. When it’s done, you’ll receive:

Click “OK” then close & exit HJ SPLIT. You are done. The video will be in the folder where all the other parts are OR if you’ve designated another place for the “OUTPUT” line, it’ll be there.

If your video still isn’t working, please make sure that all the parts you downloaded were downloaded COMPLETELY. If the file is 200MB please make sure the file you downloaded is 200MB. If not, please re-download and try this process again.
